Xandari Resort & Spa is located 9 km from Juan Santamaria International Airport nestled on a 40-acre plantation, surrounded by lush gardens, and with terraces offering spectacular views of the majestic Central Valley. Art and architecture being Xandari highlights, the 24 villas (Prima, Prima plus, Ultra, Ultra plus, Star) have each a unique design, with tropical colors and contemporary design. They feature a spacious terrace, ceiling fans, safety box, hair dryer, minibar, coffee maker, Wi-fi, reading lamps and private bathroom – TV onlyin Star villa. The on-site terrace restaurant features a variety of healthy choices, from Costa Rican specialties to Californian and Mediterranean cuisines, offering a menu enriched by all-natural vegetables, greens, fruits, herbs and spices grown on property. The Spa Village at Xandari is set in a tropical garden and offers treatments with all natural Ingredients. Each of the five private, palm-roofed jalapas features a hot tub perched on a hill overlooking the Central Valley. Besides the 125-foot Sunset Pool, Xandari features two lap swimming pools and two have a hot tub alongside. Next to the TV/DVD Room, there is a little library with a selection of books, supplemented by a small selection of volumes in each villa. Three miles of wooded trails wind through our 12-acre forest reserve, which includes a small river with several waterfalls.
